Privacy

What we collect and what we do with it.

Short version: we collect what you type into the form, and nothing else unless you allow it. We don't sell anything on, we don't run ads, and we don't track you around the internet.

What we collect

When you fill in the form

Your name, email address, trade and service area. We use it for exactly one thing: to put together the list you asked for and email it to you. If you become a customer we keep using it to send you your weekly list.

If you allow analytics

We'd like to know which pages people read so we know what's worth keeping. This only runs if you press Allow on the banner. If you press No thanks, or ignore it, nothing is loaded and no cookie is set. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser.

What we never collect

• Payment card details — those go straight to Stripe and we never see them
• Anything about your bids, your pricing or your customers
• Location, contacts, or anything from your device

Cookies

Out of the box this site sets no cookies at all. The only thing stored in your browser is a small note of whether you pressed Allow or No thanks, so we don't ask again. That note stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Who else touches your data

• [GOSTITELJ — npr. Cloudflare Pages ali Netlify] — serves this site and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period.
• Formspree — delivers the form to our inbox.
• Google Fonts — the typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which means Google sees your IP address when the page loads.
• Plausible — analytics, and only if you allowed it. It does not use cookies and does not build a profile of you.
• Stripe — handles payment if you become a customer.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone, for any purpose, ever.

How long we keep it

• Form enquiries that go nowhere: deleted after 12 months
• Customer records: kept while you're a customer, then as long as accounting law requires us to keep invoices
• Analytics: aggregate counts only, with nothing tied back to a person

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can email us and ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do it and confirm, normally within a few days and at the latest within 30 days. You don't need to give a reason.

If you're in the EU, the GDPR gives you those rights formally, plus the right to complain to your data protection authority — in Slovenia that's the Informacijski pooblaščenec. If you're in California, the CCPA gives you similar rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them.

Our legal basis for handling your enquiry is your request; for serving customers it's our contract with you; for analytics it's your consent.

Changes

If this changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, if you're a customer, say so in your weekly email.
