What the service is

We monitor publicly published procurement notices, filter them against the trade and service area you give us, and email you the ones that appear to fit, with a short note on each. Once a month we send a list of work that looks like it's coming — expiring contracts and published capital plans.

What the service is not

  • We do not write or submit your bid. That's yours from start to finish.
  • We do not price your work. We never suggest a number. Your price is your commercial decision and your risk.
  • We are not your lawyer, your accountant or your bid consultant. Nothing we send is legal or professional advice.
  • We do not guarantee you will win anything. Nobody honestly could.
  • We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any government agency.

Deadlines and accuracy

Everything we send is drawn from public records published by the issuing agency. We read them carefully and we flag problems when we spot them — including cases where a solicitation states two different due dates in two different places.

But the issuing agency is always the authority, not us. Deadlines, addenda, walkthrough requirements and bonding terms change, sometimes at short notice, and notices sometimes contain errors we cannot detect. Before you commit time or money to a bid, confirm the details directly with the agency. We are not liable for a missed deadline, a rejected submission, or a bid prepared on information that later turned out to be wrong.

One contractor per trade per metro

While you're a customer, we won't take on another contractor in your trade in your metropolitan area. If you leave, that protection ends. It applies to the trade and area recorded on your account, so tell us if either changes.

Price, billing and cancelling

  • The subscription is $500 per month, charged monthly in advance through Stripe.
  • The first five customers keep whatever rate they signed up at, for as long as they stay subscribed without a break.
  • There is no minimum term. Cancel whenever you like, by replying to any email from us. Cancelling stops the next charge.
  • We don't refund part-months, because you can cancel before the next one starts.
  • If we ever change the price, existing customers get at least 30 days' notice.

The free trial

The trial costs nothing and needs no card. We may end it at any time, and we may decline to take someone on as a customer — most often because we already serve their trade in their area.

How you may use what we send

The lists are for your own company's use. You're welcome to forward one to your own estimator or partner on a job. Please don't republish them, resell them, or pass them to another contractor who'd otherwise be a customer.

The underlying notices are public records and nobody owns them. What we're asking you not to redistribute is our selection and our notes.

If something goes wrong

If we get something badly wrong, tell us and we'll fix it. Where the law allows us to limit it, our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us over the previous three months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Slovenia, and the courts of [MESTO], Slovenia have jurisdiction — except where consumer or mandatory law in your country gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we'll email you before it takes effect. Carrying on as a customer after that means you accept the new version.
